We are continually developing new tools to make business easier for individuals and businesses alike. Our local product and service search engine is the first of its kind. This search engine allows consumers to search for products and services that are near them. Simultaneously, companies can create a product and service menu that is used by our search engine. The best part is that this search engine is FREE for individuals and companies. We make our money through advertising and other products and services that will make your personal and business life easier. Tools for Individuals
The My Companies tool allows you to manage the companies you own through your company administrator account. By clicking on the company name in the control panel will log you into your administrator account with that company. You can have up to 4 company accounts and can add a company at any time.
If you are a company owner, or just have some products or services you would like to list on MoreWorld, click the “create company” link to create a company account. Creating a company account only takes a couple of minutes, can help customers find you and it is free to register.
Employee & Manager Accounts:
Your Employee & Manager Accounts allow you restricted access to company accounts where you are employed. The company administrator controls your level of access to the company account.
The Favorite Company List allows users to keep track of their favorite companies. A company must be registered with MoreWorld to be added to your favorite company list. This is because when you add a company to your favorite companies list you will also be added to that company’s customer list. To have a customer list, the company must be registered with MoreWorld. A company is added to your list when a they add you to their customer list, when you click the “+” on the search page and when your friends refer you to a company.
Your contact list allows you to maintain an automatically updated list of your family, friends, business colleagues and so on. When adding a contact you can simply add your contacts email address, or you can enter their detailed contact information. Adding a contact by their email address allows you to add any number of contacts to your list by only entering their email address. When doing this your contacts can enroll with MoreWorld and you will have access to the contact information they provide. Equivalently your contacts will have access to the contact information that you provide. If you add a contact who is already enrolled with MoreWorld they are sent a contact invitation; if they confirm the invitation you to each other’s contact list. When you change your contact information, all of your contacts can view this updated information.
You can also enter detailed contact information. When detailed contact information is entered, it is saved specifically in your account. If you enter an email address, that user is sent an invitation. If the user confirms the invitation their detailed information will replace the information you entered.
Your MoreWorld schedule allows you to maintain your appointments online. Maintaining your schedule on MoreWorld has several benefits. You can view your schedule from anywhere with an internet connection. You can also setup email reminders for your important appointments. You can even have us send you an email each day with your daily schedule and other important information for each day. You can add arbitrary appointments to your schedule or you can confirm an appointment when you purchase a service. Finally, you can create an event and invite your contacts to that event. Similar your contacts can invite you to an event. When an event is created, or an event invitation confirmed, it is added to your schedule.
Your MoreWorld To Do List allows you to keep track of everything you need to do. Each To Do item can have a due date. Your To Do List will be included in your daily email, and you may be sent an email reminders when your To Do items are coming due.
MoreWorld has a variety of email reminders to keep you on top of your world. MoreWorld can send you a daily email with your schedule, To Do list, and list of invitation. You can also setup email reminders for appointments and due dates.
Free Tools for Companies
Once you have created a company account you can create a service menu for your company. These services can immediately be found through the MoreWorld local service search. Additionally, MoreWorld users can view and search your service menu when visiting your company pages. Services are made up of a service name, description and price. The service name and description are used for our local service search and can be viewed by your customers. Special care should be taken when creating your services’ name and description. Your service description should contain any relevant keywords and should be easy for your customers to read.
Later you may associate your services with our appointment maker or reservation manager so a user can purchase your services and set up any relevant appointment or reservation through MoreWorld.
You may also create a product menu for your company. This product menu works just like your service menu. These products can immediately be found through the MoreWorld local product search. Additionally, MoreWorld users can view and search your product menu when visiting your company pages. Products are made up of a product name, description and price. The product name and description are used for our local product search and can be viewed by your customers. Special care should be taken when creating your products’ name and description. Your product description should contain any relevant keywords and should be easy for your customers to read.
Later you may associate your products with our Order Acceptor so a user can purchase your products and set up delivery or a pickup time through MoreWorld.
Each company may have any number of stores. The main store is created automatically, however each additional location must be added. The store zip code is used by our local search to estimate the distance between a user and your stores. It is important to add all of your stores to your company account because it allows users near each store to find the store, the store’s products and the store’s services.
Each store can have individually configured hours, prices and employees. If you have many stores and do not want to setup these details for each store you can have your store manager setup the details for each store.
The Product Association and Service Association setup allow each store to control their individual product and service menu. Each store can control which products and services they sell, as well as their store’s specific price for each.
Each store can have 1 or more store managers. Managers are created using the Add Employee function and selecting the “Manager” checkbox. When a manager is added using their email address they will be sent an “employee invitation”. By accepting this invitation they will be able to login to the manager account for their store. Managers have complete access to their specific store. They can manage the store’s hours, holidays, product and service prices, employees, employee schedules, and the customer list. A store manager can set up all of these details for their store, instead of having the company admin set it up for every location.
Adding employees to your stores is important for three reasons. First, it will allow your employees to tell customers about your company by adding them to your customer list. Second, employees will be able to view their schedule online. Finally, if you decide to enroll in our appointment maker, your customers can create appointments with your employees according to their schedule availability.

The customer list is a great way to tell your customers about your new MoreWorld company account. It is also an easy way to keep track of all of your employees. Your customers will be able to view your company’s information, including your product menu, service menu, location and hours. They may also use the location finder to find the store nearest them. Adding customers to your customer list will also allow them to refer their contacts to your company.
Setting up a company account allows any MoreWorld users to view your company’s automatically generated MoreWorld webpage. This webpage will allow users to view and search your products, services and store locations. This is like getting a free website for you company. The disadvantage is that you will not be able to select a URL for your website because it exists within our website (We can create a company website with a permanent URL, for an unbeatable price). The advantage of keeping a MoreWorld website instead of or in addition to a permanent URL website is that it is easy to keep updated, it is easy for customers to find and it is FREE. In addition to these features, we provide an array of inexpensive tools to enhance your MoreWorld website.
